How do I get my home washed?

Select where your home is located
Click the "Book Online" button found at the top right-hand side of the page, then select either Sparwood or Elkford depending on where your home is located.
Unsure which town to pick? Select Elkford if your home is located north of Line Creek Road and Highway 43, and select Sparwood if you live south of Line Creek Road and Highway 43.

Fill out the booking form
Please provide your contact information and details about the size and height of your home (approximate dimensions are accepted). It's also important for our contractors to know if your home is connected to a well or municipal water.
Please contact your local municipal office if you are unsure about your water source.

Select a date and time
There are four appointments available per day: 8:30 am, 11:00 am, 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Appointments are released exactly three weeks in advance of the current date, and are then bookable for one week.
Example: To book an appointment for July 22 at 1:30 pm, the appointment will be available to book on July 1 at 1:30 pm, until July 8 at 1:30 pm.

Prepare your property
The pre-appointment checklist must be completed prior to your appointment. Click on the button below to view the checklist:
Failure to complete all six pre-appointment checklist requirements prior to the start of your appointment, will lead to the cancellation of your house wash. Due to high demand, you may not be able to re-book for this season if this occurs.

Enjoy your clean home!
Once you have completed the Pre-appointment checklist prior to the contractor's arrival, you are not required to be home for the appointment.

Who are the contractors?

We hire contractors who specialize in soft washing residential homes. Due to shifting workloads, you cannot request a specific contractor.

Soft washing is a cleaning technique that uses a combination of specialized detergent and low-pressure water. This method is both safe and effective on a variety of surfaces such as vinyl, hardie board, aluminum, stucco, wood, and composite surfaces.
What kind of detergent is used?

The soft washing detergent used is specifically formulated to be gentle and safe for residential application.
How long does the soft washing process take?

The duration depends on the size of your home. Typically, it takes 2 hours to complete the soft washing process for an average-sized house. Please note that our technicians may arrive within an hour of your scheduled start time.
Do I need to be home during my appointment?

No, you don’t have to be home. We only ask that you complete the pre-appointment checklist prior to the start of your appointment. Our technicians work efficiently and respectfully, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.
